Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of Metrix Command Center (the "Service") and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violation is a material breach of the Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Store, process, or transmit content you do not have the right to store, process, or transmit (including personal information about third parties collected without a lawful basis).
  • Attempt to access another customer's workspace or data, or attempt to circumvent workspace isolation or access controls.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disable, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's underlying source code, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Use AI-assisted features to generate content intended to deceive, impersonate, or defraud any person.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified fact without the human review the Service's approval-gated design requires and provides.
  • Use the Service's automated/agent features to take actions on behalf of another person or entity without authorization to do so.
  • Attempt to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable anti-spam law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, or other applicable anti-spam statutes).
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure without prior written authorization. To report a security vulnerability, contact info@subzerometrix.com.

2. Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data you input into the Service. The Service does not independently verify the factual accuracy of data you provide, and AI-assisted features operate only on the data and context you supply — the Service does not fabricate or independently source facts about your business or customers on your behalf (a real, deliberately designed behavior of this product, not merely a policy statement).

3. AI-Assisted Feature Use

  • AI-assisted drafts, summaries, and recommendations require your explicit review and approval before any external action occurs (real, currently implemented governance — no agent sends communications or takes externally-visible action autonomously).
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before approving or acting on it. You may not represent AI-generated content as legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice to any third party.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for confirmed violations, with notice where reasonably practicable. For violations involving fraud, illegal activity, or an immediate risk to the Service or other customers, we may suspend access immediately, without a cure period. For other violations, we will generally provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure before termination.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
